I came across this list of 50 things to living a happy and healthy life, and I thought I would create my own version. Below I share my top 20 tips to live a happy + healthy life, daily.

Eat breakfast, it really is the most important meal of the day
Spend time outdoors, enjoy this gorgeous earth
Worry less (simmer down)
